Life doesn't always unfold as planned. Whether you're grieving the death of a loved one, facing retirement, navigating an empty nest, relocating, or adjusting to another significant life transition, you may find yourself questioning who you are, where you're headed, and what comes next.
Jennifer provides a compassionate space for women to navigate the challenges and opportunities that accompany life's changes. Guided by the belief that we can "Grow through what you go through," she helps women reconnect with who they are, rebuild confidence, and move forward from grief and loss with clarity, purpose, and hope.
Who am I now? What comes next?
Together, we'll discover your answers.

Life can change in ways we never expected and it's natural to feel uncertain when the future looks different from the one you imagined.
As a Certified Life Coach and Grief Educator, Jennifer provides a compassionate space for women to process loss, navigate change, and rediscover who they are. She understands that grief is not limited to bereavement - it can accompany any transition that changes the life we thought we would have, including the loss of roles, routines, relationships, plans, and future dreams.
Jennifer's work is deeply shaped by her experience as the wife of a husband living with young onset dementia. Dementia brings a unique and complex form of grief - one of continual change, adaptation, and loss, while the person you love is still physically present.
Through this journey, Jennifer has learned that grief is not something to be fixed or overcome. Instead, it invites us to adapt, find new meaning, and discover strengths we may never have known we possessed. She has also experienced that alongside sadness and uncertainty, there can be connection, gratitude, and even joy.
Grounded in her philosophy of "Grow through what you go through," Jennifer helps women navigate life's transitions with greater resilience, self-awareness, and hope.
You don't have to face life's changes alone. With compassionate support and practical tools, it is possible to navigate change with greater confidence and create a meaningful path forward.

Jennifer's approach combines professional coaching and grief education with lived experience of complex, ongoing loss.

A personalised 60-minute session for women navigating grief, loss, and life's unexpected transitions.
You've spent years caring for others, building a career, nurturing relationships, and creating a life that made sense. Then something changed.

Whatever has brought you here, you may feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or caught between who you were and who you are becoming. You don't need to have all the answers. You simply need space to reflect, gain clarity, and explore what matters most right now.

I came to Jennifer just three days after losing a parent — a deeply complicated loss involving a complex and painful relationship, which left me carrying a storm of mixed emotions: anger, grief, frustration, sadness, and even relief. I didn't know how to hold all of it at once.
From the very first moment, Jennifer created a space that felt completely safe and deeply supportive. She didn't rush me or try to fix anything - she simply held me in the complexity of it all. Then, gently and skilfully, she guided me toward shifting some of that heaviness in a way that felt natural and deeply powerful.
What happened in that session was truly profound. I was able to grieve, find understanding, let go, and process the loss in a way I never could have on my own. Jennifer has a rare gift the ability to meet you exactly where you are, even in your darkest and most tangled moments, and help you find your way through.

Jennifer's insightful questions have challenged me to look at things such as my values, self-talk, planning and decision making on a completely different level. To start journaling rather than just letting things go round and round in my mind. To go deeper and to be real and purposeful and not just living by default. To identify actions that no longer serve me and to replace them with ones that do and also line up with my values and desires.
I have made changes in my life and am definitely feeling more content and fulfilled as I am proactively living in a way that fulfils my 'who' & 'why' and being authentically 'me'.
